A whole-house retrofit assessment is priced to your property and goals. Tell us about your home and we will send a tailored quote. No online payment needed.
Book the consultation and the first visit costs the same as a straight EPC. What happens after depends on the property. You are told the cost of each step before it is carried out, and you only pay for the ones you take.
We survey the property on RdSAP and lodge the certificate. This is the measured baseline everything else is worked out from.
Extra time on site finding evidence RdSAP will accept, such as build dates, insulation records and photographs, in place of the cautious defaults it applies when nothing is proven. On some homes this alone is enough to reach C.
Where evidence alone will not do it, we model what will: exactly which measures take the property to band C and how much each one moves the score. We can also point you at approved installers who will do the work correctly.
Once the installs are complete we return, reassess and lodge the new certificate, the one that shows the band you have actually reached.
Every step can apply on the same job. A 3-bedroom home that needs all four comes to £215 in total, but most do not need all four, and nothing beyond the first visit is charged without your say-so.
